Being family-owned and managed, we want everyone to have a special and exceptional stay at Adeline’s House of Cool.

Weekend stays are the most requested throughout the year, and weeklong stays are the standard in summer. However, even though it might be challenging for you, your family, and your friends to get away during the week, we want to tempt you with a special weekday rate to help make your stay and “Big Dipper” hot tub treatment extra special.

Working from home or need to bring work with you? Adeline’s House of Cool provides high speed WIFI at no charge.

Special Stay Rates

Special 3-night Weekday Stay rate
starts at $450 per night with a 3-night minimum for up to 6 guests.
There is additional pricing per guest. This rate is offered from November through April.

Standard Stay Rates

Overnight, sleeping accommodations for up to 12 people.

Low season – off-season rates
(Late fall to early spring)
Full week is $4,200.00
= $600.00 a night

A 3-night minimum stay on weekends is $2,025.00 with additional nights at $450.00 depending on headcount and month.

High season rates
(Late spring to early fall)
Full week is $5,075.00
= $725.00 a night

Full-week Friday-to-Friday reservations are required during June, July, and August 

May, September, and October are a 3-night minimum stay on weekends at $2,325.00 with additional nights $450.00 depending on headcount and month.

Add-ons

Pet’s stay for $35/per pet for the length of your stay. All game machines take quarters. Use of bar cooler and laundry room $50 each per stay.
